Access profiles

Permissions work like Google Drive: you grant access to a specific folder and the person sees that and what is inside, nothing above. You create as many access profiles as you need and combine, in each one, the permission types of every area: view, create, edit, approve, export, for folders, tasks, expenses, assets, layers and users. The profile applies in the office and on the phone.

  • Access restricted to specific folders, inherited by subfolders
  • As many profiles as you want, each with its own mix of permissions: manager, technician, client, subcontractor
